If you are a current patient, we invite you to schedule an appointment through our app (The Scheduling App) via your mobile device, it’s convenient and accurate. If you have not been the office in over a year, you will need to choose the re-examination option from the drop-down menu.
Download “The Scheduling App” here and use our clinic code AUWXYN to register yourself for an appointment. If it’s been more than a year since your last visit, we will have to do a re-examination so will contact you to coordinate that, or reach out to us via the contact us page (not the form on this page).
If you are a a NEW patient (people only), please request an appointment by filling out the form below (and choosing a day/time) or contact us by phone at (770)-926-8746. These appointment requests are not guaranteed, we ask to do phone consultation and collect a deposit towards that first visit before finalizing it. We rarely take same-day new patients, typically our first opening is 2 days to 2 weeks in advance, depending on our schedule. Once you select an appointment day & time, we’ll call you to finalize it.
New animal patients — Currently we are not accepting new animals as we have a 6+ week wait. Your veterinarian may contact us to coordinate a visit sooner or we are referring out to the IVCA website where you can find another certified animal chiropractor near you.
