2025 was filled with so many memories—most of them fun and adventurous, and some that were more challenging—but all of them carried meaningful lessons, growth, and yes… patience (something I’m still working on!). Some of my favorite moments included hiking down into the Grand Canyon, exploring Yosemite, and traveling to Switzerland. It’s probably safe to say I have a deep love for the mountains.
The office continues to be such a bright spot. I truly love the people who walk through our doors—those who value their health and are committed to becoming the best versions of themselves and their children. Chiropractic care is an essential part of the healthcare journey. While it’s just one piece of the puzzle, it’s an incredibly important one. Thank you for trusting us with your care.
This year brought exciting growth in our practice. We added Shockwave Therapy (with great success!), expanded our exercise and movement offerings to support brain balance and strength in little ones, and welcomed six student interns. Watching them grow from students into doctors is one of my favorite parts of what we do. We also have Deb offering massage therapy, Dr. Lillian and now Dr. Kaitlin building their own chiropractic practices within our space, and Kenzie continuing to be a constant bright light in our office.
The personal challenges this year were not easy. They were long, difficult, and are still unfolding — lessons I’m not quite ready to put into words here. But they are teaching me patience, resilience and to question and fight for what is right.
What feels most exciting, though, is what lies ahead. Looking toward 2026 feels energizing. I have exciting teaching and travel plans again. At the office we plan to introduce more neurological testing for adults—after all, we are nervous system doctors, and it’s important to measure what matters.
Alongside these plans, I have both personal and professional goals and remain committed to continued growth—as a chiropractor, a mom, and a person. Growth isn’t always comfortable, and it’s rarely predictable, but it is always worth it.
As we step into a new year, what do you have in store this year? I invite you to pause and reflect on your own health journey. If you’ve been meaning to schedule an appointment, recommit to consistent care, support your child’s development, or get back into a routine that truly supports your nervous system, let this be the year you take that step. Small, consistent choices create meaningful change over time (like monthly adjustments, or 2x a month).
I challenge you to ask more questions when it comes to the “mainstream” medical model. Do more medications make you healthy? Do vaccines really protect children or do they contribute to more problems? Do food dyes negatively affect us? Are you responsible for our own health or is your doctor? I ask you to step outside your comfort zone and do something more challenging when it comes to health. Read, learn, educate yourself.
And if you have a friend or family member who could benefit from the care you’ve experienced, we would be honored if you shared our office with them. Consistency is where real change happens. Our team is here to support you, guide you, and walk alongside you as you invest in your health and the health of your family.
We’re honored to support your health journey and wish you a strong, healthy, and prosperous 2026.
Dr. Pam
