Which kind of person are you? Are you the kind of person who can eat one piece of candy, be satisfied & walk away? Or are you the kind who has one piece, then another, then another and ten pieces later (or more) you walk away? Or is some other food your downfall, like cookies, chips, or even wine?
Regardless, we all have our food challenges and the New Year always brings idea of change. If you are interested in a 10 or 21-day cleansing program, where you clean out your diet, consume only healthy foods & supplements, lose weight, feel better and start off on the right foot, then please let us know. Several of us will be starting this program on January 3rd, others later in the month.
