Meet Our Team
At Active Life Chiropractic, we want to provide the best chiropractic care for you and your family in a friendly, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. We are all here to help you with any questions you may have.
Angie works at the front desk, helping with many tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering the phone, responding to emails & text messages, watching young children, cleaning the office and more. Angie is a student at Kennesaw State University studying to be a nurse and lives with her partner where they have a 1-year-old tabby cat named Blue (short for Blueberry Pie). After seeking chiropractic care for her migraines, Angie swears by the importance of chiropractic and is ecstatic to be working with us!
Emma joined our team as a front desk assistant in January after first coming into the office as a patient throughout her pregnancy. Chiropractic care has been a constant in her life for 15 years and she is so excited to be able to continue her chiropractic journey by helping others heal themselves here in our office! She has been working in the customer service industry for 7 years and looks forward to assisting our patients whenever she works. She enjoys spending time with her daughter when she’s not in the office.
Tara Thompson is a licensed massage therapist, birth doula and childbirth educator. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve the birth of their dreams using calming comfort measures, education and evidence-based practices. She works at our office on Friday mornings and Monday afternoons, and at the Pregnancy Massage Center other days of the week.
Deb Jackson is a licensed massage therapist and is currently seeing her own clients in office space at our office, so you would schedule directly through her. Learn more about her at her website https://www.integratedbodywrx.com/
LokaLoka (Loka for short) is a Golden Retriever puppy born in June 2021. She’s a bundle of joy and comes to the office every day. She likes to take naps (after all she’s a puppy) and play in the backyard. If she’s not napping when you are at the office, you’ll probably get to meet her. She’s learning sit, stay, come & wait right now….and eventually we’ll work up to other fun things.
We are sad to post that our amazing office dog Kalo crossed “the rainbow bridge” in February 2021, after 13 amazing years in this world. She was a huge part of our office, as she was there almost everyday, playing with patients in the backyard, demanding belly rubs and hand shakes, and fetching the ball non-stop. She left this world peacefully on her own decision. While we are heartbroken because of her passing, we know she made a positive impact on all the patients she came in contact with.
