Running & Life Lessons

Recently, “The Daily Runner” posted the top 10 lessons that running teaches you about life. These could be lessons about anything and don’t have to apply just to runners.  So whether you are a runner or not, you have to read these short little points. While they are all great, the one I like best is “You DO have time — you just have to make it.”

That is so true. We all have 24 hours in the day, what we choose to do with it is our decision.  We don’t have time to exercise but we have time to spend hours on the computer; we don’t have time to cook because we spend hours working out; we don’t have time to do our work because we spend time cooking….you get the message.

So take 2 minutes to read these points and think about what it means in your life.
