This is a pretty powerful article on the use (over-use) of screen-time (iPads, video games, etc) & what it does to a child’s brain. It states the average 8-10 year old spends 8 hours a day in front of a screen! That seems just unreal, kids need to be outside, running around, playing with toys …. not mesmerized by video.
