As your kids head back to school (or for those already in school), what is the best way to wear a backpack? Chiropractors have our own ideas….because we don’t want kids to aggravate spinal problems, which could lead to further problems down the road.

What is the best or ideal way for a student to wear a backpack? Improperly worn backpacks can aggravate a subluxation, and can cause low back pain, shoulder pain and more … and chiropractic care can (most likely) help. Here are a few small tips on backpack safety:
