Often time patients ask me what supplements I take and what supplements I think they should take. I wrote a blog on this back in April, so here’s a short video clip that I recently posted on You Tube. It explains what supplements I like and take on a daily basis.
As for buying supplements, I always recommend getting them from an authorized dealer (which most often is NOT Amazon). Trust me, I love Amazon, I buy a lot of stuff off Amazon, but not food products. You don’t know if that stuff has been tainted with (vs. it’s hard to mess with books or kitchenware or toys, etc.), so supplements I get straight from the manufacturer or at local health food stores.
